Perfect Party Wear - Events Management using our Digital Signs
One event organised by Plasmatising Digital Signs was the perfect party wear event for Tina Gill. Plasmatising organised everything from the staging to lighting. After the walls were put up we lined the inside with corex and laid a carpet to make sure that no clothing was damaged. We then built a platform and stairs for easy access to the stage.
Next step was to put the staging together. Once this was done we laid the carpet and finished it off edged it with chrome edging. Then we had to put up all the posters on the walls to let the public know what the event was all about. Finally to give the event what every good event needs for the wow factor we used all show lights and put up to 50 plasma screens on parrabella stands which displayed a rollover powerpoint.

As a Personal Style and Image Consultant I have worked around the UK presenting different style related events in venues including Shopping Centres and just before Christmas I worked in the Eastgate Shopping Centre in Basildon, where I held a Perfect Party Wear event for shoppers to see ideas for different party looks.
This event required a purpose built staging area with a built in dressing room, lighting and other technical elements which had been assigned to Mat and Jamie to sort out. When I met them, I was really impressed by the level of professionalism and standard of work in addition to the maturity they showed, when carrying out any request in relation to the events management.
There were a number of requests I had personally in relation to the way I wanted the event to run and this included changing some of the initial layout which was done without question to an extremely high standard.
Their service, in my opinion went far beyond that I expected and they did not hesitate to assist with any area in which they could help (which included putting a play list of suitable background music together at really short notice). I have no hesitation in recommending their work, ability and attitude to client satisfaction based on my own experience of them.
Little Havens Christmas Party - Events Management incorporating our digital signs
We just recently organised an event for little havens whereby we did the staging with lighting underneath as shown in the picture above. Also all the trussing, lighting and posters.
Royal British Legion
We also worked for the Royal British Legion, in the left picture you may be able to see we have dressed the windows and put a banner along the shop front. In the right picture you can see we have put up all posters to give everyone a feel for what was going on. We also used our 50 plasma screens and digital signs on parrabella stands playing a looping video of D Day. Other things included the carpet, desk and flags.
